When it comes to finding a software developer, there’s a lot to consider.
Some people say it’s easier to hire someone with a degree in computer science or math.
Others say it costs too much to hire the type of software developer that most people want.
And yet others say it doesn’t matter.
In fact, a new report from Canadian legal firm Nemo IT Solutions suggests it’s more important to hire an experienced software engineer who has a bachelor’s degree and who can code well.
That means you need to find someone who has the right skills, who’s not just a programmer, and who will contribute to your business in a way that makes you more money.
The company says it’s the first and only software-based legal outsourcing firm to offer such a product.
Nemo’s legal outsourcing solutions work with thousands of companies across Canada, and provide a way to reduce the cost of hiring lawyers and reduce the amount of time that lawyers spend working for their clients.
For example, the firm has found that by working with a large firm, it can save lawyers up to 40 per cent of their hourly costs.
With its legal outsourcing services, Nemo can provide services to nearly 1,000 lawyers across Canada.
Nemos technology enables lawyers to get a software-driven solution and also allow them to collaborate with their clients on legal matters.
“Our technology allows lawyers to share their experiences and build new software to solve real-time issues for clients, including complex copyright, trademark and trademark infringement matters,” said Nemo president and CEO Ian Burd.
“This is an incredibly powerful way to make your business more productive, cost-effective and profitable.”
The Nemo solution has two major components.
The first is an on-demand, on-site legal team that allows clients to work from their homes or offices.
It also allows clients with limited internet access to hire professionals on the other end of the phone to help them manage the process.
“We’ve also introduced a platform where clients can access their own internal systems, like billing and invoicing systems, so they can easily monitor their clients’ progress,” Burd said.
The second part of the solution is a software that helps clients connect with other clients, who can then share their legal challenges with other people.
The software provides the clients with an easy-to-use and powerful tool to find lawyers that can solve their problems quickly and easily.
“If you’re trying to hire software engineers to help you solve a legal issue, you’re going to want a solution that is easy to use, easy to get started with, and has good features,” Burden said.
“The Nemo platform allows you to have both the right solution and the right experience at the same time.”
