With the tech industry’s job market shrinking, it’s tough to find the tech jobs needed to keep up with demand.
But if you’re looking to get your foot in the door and get paid, you may want to consider a tech recruite.
The online recruite platform, known as TechSkills, says it has been seeing an uptick in interest in technology jobs as people look for opportunities.
“With the job market’s changing, the opportunities are definitely more plentiful and available than ever before,” said TechSkill’s managing director, Mark Stirling.
“This is not just an industry trend, but also a trend across all sectors.”
TechSkills also offers an employment strategy for job seekers, offering tips on how to find good tech jobs and how to land a tech job.
Stirling says hiring is tough for new tech workers.
“As we’re moving into the tech economy, the tech workers are becoming more and more specialized and we are seeing a shortage of qualified technical staff,” he said.
“We want to encourage the hiring of people who are very capable, very well-rounded, with a lot of experience.”
In addition to hiring, TechSkilts has also developed a job board for tech jobs, which offers an extensive listing of tech positions and how-to resources.
Stunning and diverse tech companies are looking to hire more people, especially with the growth in the US and the worldwide expansion of tech companies.
The growth in tech jobs in the UK has been so great that the number of jobs available to UK tech workers has almost doubled in the last two years, from 2,000 to more than 3,500.
According to TechSkilling, this growth is largely due to a number of factors, including the growth of the Internet of Things and cloud computing, as well as the expansion of IT businesses in London and other UK cities.
The growing demand for tech employees has been partly driven by the growth and popularity of the Apple App Store, which has brought in more than 100 million downloads in the past year.
The app store also brought in some money for TechSkilled, with TechSkillin, the recruite’s recruitment partner, making a profit of more than £100,000 in the first quarter of this year.
