Liberty IT solutions is joining the Liberty IT products and services family, acquiring Bliss IT solutions.
Bliss, a leading provider of cloud-based IT solutions in the enterprise, will continue to operate as a separate company.
The acquisition includes all of Liberty’s existing business, as well as its technology and business development businesses, as part of a larger strategy to accelerate growth, said Matt Dutton, CEO and co-founder of Liberty.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
“We are excited to welcome Liberty into the Enterprise and Technology segment and look forward to continuing our strategic and corporate partnerships with them in the years ahead,” said Chris Gass, CEO of Bliss.
“Our focus is on accelerating the growth of Liberty and its businesses and expanding our network of global customers.
As we enter the next decade, we are committed to building a long-term and strong team to support this growth.”
Bliss, which is headquartered in San Francisco, offers cloud solutions and enterprise solutions that include hybrid cloud- and hybrid-based solutions, as the company continues to expand to other markets and regions, said Gass.
Bliss’ customers include governments, hospitals, universities, and government organizations.
The company’s solutions include virtualization, network management, application and cloud management, storage, data center, and storage management.
In addition to Liberty, Liberty’s other customers include Citrix, Amazon Web Services, and SAP.
Bliss also sells its business solutions to corporate customers.
“The Liberty team has an excellent track record in the cloud and enterprise and we are excited about the opportunity to continue to work closely with them,” Dutton said.
“As we enter into this new era of the enterprise with a focus on technology and cloud, we will continue working together to support the growth and success of our company.”
